We know first hand that aggravation of ordering something online and when it arrives it just does not fit like you wanted. So, as an added benefit to our awesome customers, we are happy to offer FREE RETURNS and EXCHANGES for all U.S. orders!

Stipulations for Free Returns and Exchanges

There are a few stipulations for what items are eligible for the Free Returns and Exchanges program.

1)  The item(s) that you wish to return or exchange must be unwashed, unworn, and unused, and in like new condition, in other words, the item(s) must not show any signs of wear, wash, or damage in any way.

2)  The item(s) must be returned within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.

3)  If the item(s) are defective, such as stitching coming unraveled, a hole found in the fabric, or a patch coming loose from a hat to name a few examples, then the item(s) immediately qualifies for the Free Return and Exchange program.

4)  If you receive an item(s) that are not what you ordered or the wrong size, then the item(s) immediately qualifies for the Free Return and Exchange program.

What is Not Eligible for Free Returns and Exchanges

There are a few things that are not eligible for Free Returns and Exchanges, and they are as follows:

  • Any order outside of the United States.  Only U.S. orders are eligible for the Free Returns and Exchanges program.
  • Custom or special order items are not eligible.
  • Any item(s) that appear to show signs of wear, wash, or damage (damage outside of defective items).

What if I would like a Refund instead of an Exchange?

No problem, we can do that too! If your item(s) qualifies for the Free Returns and Exchanges program, then you are eligible for a Refund. When you reach out to us requesting the return, you can let us know whether you would like to exchange the item(s) or to receive a refund on that item.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment and at the price of the item at the time of purchase.

Refunds will not be processed until we have received the return and have inspected the item(s). Refunds are up to the sole discretion of Flatsland Clothing Co.

What if I Need to Return a Final Closeout / Discontinued Item?

If you ordered an item that is on clearance because it is a Final Closeout or Discontinued item, then overall the sale is final. No refunds will be issued for these items. Due to the very limited availability of items in this category, we generally will not issue any exchanges.

In the case that you order a clearance item(s) and there is a defect in the product, please reach out to us immediately and we will be more than happy to handle these on a case by case basis.
